Jason Robinson - Personal Trainer

Since 2012, I have been a personal trainer, primarily based at Club Kingswood in Basildon. However, I also spent three years in Australia studying level 5 Remedial massage therapy, which provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the human body. I have been practicing this for six years now, and I have worked with many clients who have felt frustrated, overwhelmed, and helpless.

I am particularly passionate about working with beginners and those who have struggled in the past, as I was once a beginner myself. My love for weight training is matched only by my belief that knowledge is key, which is why I have completed several courses throughout my career.

My ultimate goal is to have a positive impact on the lives of the people I work with, helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This extends beyond physical appearance and encompasses performance, mindset, and lifestyle.

However, this journey is not about me; it's about you. Starting a fitness journey and making positive lifestyle changes takes time, patience, consistency, dedication, and hard work. The more effort you put in, the greater the rewards.

Fitness Qualifications                                                                     

I possess a range of fitness qualifications that enable me to provide comprehensive and effective training to my clients. These include a Level 4 in cardiac rehabilitation, a Level 4 in management in lower back pain, a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in personal training, and a Level 3 in exercise referral. Additionally, I hold a Level 2 in fitness instructing and a Level 2 in instructing kettlebells.

I have also completed training in Re-Evolutionary training and Body Language Analysis, which allows me to provide a holistic approach to fitness and wellness. With these qualifications, I am equipped to help my clients achieve their fitness goals while also addressing any underlying health concerns or issues.
